The driver side is pretty easy to get to the cowl vent underside.
This side has bad rust damage as well as seam sealer that has dried out.
I have removed as much surface rust/paint/sealer as I can at this time.
For the driver side cowl vent, I may end up using one of the ABS plastic cowl vent inserts and then seal it to the cowl vent underside. I will apply a rust encapsulator and seam sealer before installing the ABS part.
